If you dup the 4 star basic do you get all the same things as pulling it from a crystal and duping?

Nope, 4* Basic Arena Hero only either Awakens (with just 1 Sig Level), or just adds 1 Sig Level).
That's different than getting a Dup from Feature Arena.
