Soul stone not popping up

in Bugs and Known Issues
Completed heroic and epic on quest for the stones but have not had the soul stone pop up message like other in my alliance and I'm seeing no effects on OG cap.

Can someone please verify what is happening

    I'm concerned I shouldn't have been able to do that without all the stones? It's not been explained very well

    It is possible to do without all of the Stones, but it's very difficult without at least 1 of them. I can see that you 100% completed Save the Battlerealm on Heroic, but it looks like you haven't 100% explored any of the difficulties of Quest for the Stones Quest 1 yet. You must 100% explore one of the difficulties of the SOUL Quest to receive the Soul Stone.

    I'll give it a go to get 100% later. I did the last stand with a rank 1 5* hulk lol
