Slumber node not working in Dungeons.

I went through Dungeons today, multiple times, and slumber node is being shrugged off by Juggernaut every time. Now I know that in Juggs description you cant parry stun him during the time of Unstoppable, however to my understanding, the Slumber node places a passive stun of the defender for 15 seconds, and like the Wasp's passive stun, should not be able to be shrugged off. Can you please look into this?!?!

No it’s not a pasive stun. So that why it don’t works one jugg and mordo ect
