Rank up?

I am just about able to either rank 5 my four star blade, or rank 3 my five star killmonger. KM would be my first rank three five star, and blade would be my second rank five four star. What should I go with? I have a four star ghost rider at rank three and four star stark spidey at rank four in terms of the trinity.
