Parry not working

So for the past couple of months I have been having problems with parry, at first I thought maybe i was getting my timing wrong or something of the sort and then i noticed that parry would show up in green on screen but it had no effect. I looked at other posts and all discussions were closed citing no video proof. Today when facing the the nameless thanos I had the same problem after most of my team got knocked out because of it I thought maybe he is immune to stun in phase 2 as well but after going through his abilities he is not yet parry isn’t working and thankfully i had a champ left to record it. This has cost me a ton of units and now my best run at this months event completion.
