2nd Crash. Just WHY can't update preps be done AFTER day 5 aq.

It's pissing me off so much, seriously? How hard is to wait the 2 days aq cooldown to run checks for the update? Why does it alwais have to be screwing up our hard "work" and time put? It's effin riddicolous.

So people lost a char in a first crash, gonna lose another one now, ezpz. Great.

That's definitely not what happened here. Emergency Maintenance doesn't occur because we planned it, hence the term. This was not the result of us making changes, or checks. It was a server outage, which can happen at any time. This does not only happen on Day 5 of Alliance Quests, and historically and statistically speaking, happens on any day just as often.

We're sorry that this occurred, and definitely didn't want it to happen, but we worked as fast as we could to get it back up and running as soon as we could. There is never a convenient time for something like this to happen.
