Red skull bug in uncollected?

In the monthly quest, Avengers forever, the culling, in uncollected. The red skull with bubble shield and crit me with your best shot nodes seems a bit broken. Maybe it's meant to be this way but he is bleed and incinerate immune and enervate immune also. I get he cant take damage from non crits but I've fought him over 20 times so at least 60 to 80 hits per fight and not once has he bled or been incinerated even if the trigger of that bleed or incinerate was a crit. Has anyone else noticed this?

    The bleed or incinerate by itself is not a critical hit, so it makes sense that it didnt bleed lol. Only domino can cause critical bleeds.
