Cant intercept with Hyperion SP1

Lately since v22 I’m seeing Hyperion sp1 first hit missing a lot when intercepting. His first hit just whiff and even tho it should obviously hit the AI it just swings right through it but doesn’t connects, and ends up in Hyperion getting smacked.
It used to be rare to miss the first hit, but now is really common against a lot of champs (most obvious I’ve noticed is agaikst Hela, but happens agaikst a lot of champs)
