Empty Subscription Card and Unit Store bug...

So I purchased something for the first time and a long while this week - the 30 day $5 Unit Subscription deal that popped up this past weekend. First few days were fine but last couple days, the subscription card will pop up but soon clear. Also, my Unit store has been completely empty for days... I never saw the awakening gem deals that were offered (not sure I would have got them but...), but what needs to happen to get this fixed? What is going on? If I don't quickly click on the claim button fast enough once i log in, I have to restart the game to claim my stuff... Extremely annoying experience for spending a few bucks.
