Hood Invisibility bug

Hi y'all,
Just noticed the other day that in certain instances, the Hood appears to be invisible when he's really not. Additionally, he stays invisible after he wins the fight (which I actually like). However, the first part of this can be very confusing in a fight.
I attached some pictures. You can see at the pause screen that the Hood had no invisibility buff on him, but when the fight resumes, he appears to be invisible. The wording on that is kind of weird, so to clarify, it is not just because the game is paused.
Fight is taken from Last Stand: Quest for the Stones on Epic difficulty, in case anyone's wondering.
