Return of Featured Cavalier Crystals Upon A Permanent Champion Addition

After recalling that champions get their featured grandmaster crystal returned to the crystal vault before they get permanently added to the crystals, in the case of someone like Human Torch, he will be eventually added to the pool. When this happens, would his crystal be a featured grandmaster, or would it be changed to a cavalier?
