How effective is Vision if either (a) unduped or (b) duped but sig level under 100?

I currently have 12 five-star tech champs - unduped versions of IMIW, Doc Ock and Vulture and duped versions of SL, Ultron, RS, Youndu, Howard TD, HB, Nebula, IM, and IP.

I have a tech awakening gem and enough units to buy the 3k vision offer. But from what I've read I need to (1) awaken him and (2) put LOT of sig stones into him to make him a viable champ. I only have 5 tech sig stones. How many do I need to invest in him to make him usable in things like AW, AQ, and Chapter 5 and 6?

    you want him duped, but powerlevel under 100 is fine.

    Unduped he is ok, but not sure worth it.

    vision probably is a good choice if ur in intermediate bracket. but if ur past that stage then he is no longer worth it as its like ur buying an outdated model when newer better effective classy ones are available in the market.

    For the price you pay it doesn't seem worth it for me, there are champs from basic pull for power control who are just amazing.

    If either units or money is not an issue, this is a totally worth it deal. While it may be true that certain champs like Magik or Hawkeye who can do "better" power control and may have higher damage, neither Magik nor Hawkeye will survive against, let's say, mini boss Morningstar in Map 5 AQ who bleeds and gains 100% more power in the second phase. It really boils down to what you need and where you're at in the game. Obviously, if you have a 5* Iceman then you probably want to pass this offer. Otherwise, Vision will be your best bet against those very troublesome biohazard, bane and similar nodes in Act 5 and Act 6.
