Does the act 6 completion offer still appear?

Hey, does anyone know if that offer is permanent? It would be nice to know because that way I can buy vision and start saving up for that offer again (I'm at 9k)
If nobody knows, it would be nice for a mod to clarify

    Yes it’s permanent, once you’ve done completion you have 24 hrs to buy it.

    It's one of those things that I wish I knew going in. I wasn't aware of the offer and didn't have enough units saved up for the offer when I got cavalier.
