Time between one AQ ending and starting a new one seems to be increasing

It seems that the amount of after one ends and you can start the next one is increasing. It used to be almost immediately after the time finishes you can start the next one, to now taking as long as 15 - 20 minutes before you can start then next one.

    I've noticed you can only start a new quest once rewards from the previous have dropped. I may be wrong though.
