    This is the second bug i faced during a battle. Modok went into block mode and stays blocking for forever. Doesn't movd doesn't attack nothing.
    This bug is making me face problems.
    On one hand i have been pronoting the game on my personal level, making my friends join the game and on the other hand these type of gameplay hindrances are making me leave the game.

    The bug shown here is in Ebony Maw master mode.
    Kindly look in the matter @kabamforum
    And provide necessary help.

    Hey Killswitch4u, Points can only be earned in the Alliance Help Event until you reach your Daily Loyalty limit.

    The video you've provided shows that you're already at that limit so it's not possible to score any more Points until that limit resets. The video shows 9 hours and 37 minutes remaining for the Alliance Help Event, and your Daily Loyalty limit seemingly resets in around 6 hours and 30 minutes. That means you should have plenty of time to score more Points before the Event ends.

    I understand it can be frustrating when the AI stays in block mode. However, there's already a discussion HERE about the same topic. If you haven't already, please share feedback about your experience in that discussion.
