Mabye a new one with act6 2 but with a slight buff to the daily and that’s.

I believe it is. Normally I would finish EQ UC with a couple of team revives but this time round the difficulty just seems harder. To the point that I may not finish EQ. I'm ok with that tho. Think my care factor is diminishing lol. I beat the last thanos tho

This month’s master difficulty disappeared at least at save the battle realm side quest. In fact the uncollected difficulty on the same quest should easily be renamed to cavalier difficulty so u don’t have to wait. As for the rewards remained from their older names. lol

On the progress bar it has 3 unknown titles and kabam said at NYCC last year this is the final act in the first story section so you’re probably right, my guess is a title per chapter and 1 for 100% if the act, and they will have one a month or 2 after the final chapter is out
