Uncollected Quest Crystal

Since some of the crystals are getting a revamp for all the 'Uncollected' players, I was thinking the quest crystals could benefit from this revamp as well. Apart from the small energy refills and the occasional units, Quest Crystals seem to have little to no use for end game players.

It would even be fine if they were a little rarer to find if the rewards were more worth it.

    I agree. I feel like it should drop tier 3,4 and 5 iso-8. tier 1 and 2 iso is basically nothing when leveling up champs.
