Will we get rank down tickets next year?

I know it hasn't been discussed or mentioned for any forseeable future but I think it would benefit all the newer players rearranging their champs' power levels. I know after gainin some new champs I sure would like to use a few of them to rank up the ones that are stronger and rank down the ones that have been rendered obsolete or are no longer as strong or useful as they used to be. Sorry if I'm not supposed to talk about them. But they could be very helpful.

How is there no reason for rearranging your roster?

It's a game....you don't get to reset everything every year. That would be idiotic and would ruin the game, along with taking out most of the strategy. You can start over if you don't like your roster

Oh lort that'd take another year and a half. I was hoping to fix some of my roster. But I guess that's what I get for my inexperience. I'll just have to save up fragments like everyone else.

The rank down tickets were only given because of a major nerf to top champs that everyone strove to rank up. The only way we would get any more is if this happens again. I hope it doesn't as it would mean that the champs we have been striving for post 12.0 will be nerfed and that is a lot of top guys.

I think some of the older champs would need ravamping to make them able to compete with the likes of the newer champs. Otherwise they'll be obsolete. I hope they fix some of them otherwise we're only going to want the new champs and get bent out of shape for catching all the old junk. I'd like to see some older ones get some new abilities or synergies. There's alot of stuff to do when new champs come out. Maybe rank down tickets aren't the answer but something needs to be done to help that.
