Próxima and The Champion arenas

So, I fully commited myself to do the first round of the Prox/Champ arena, I went for the 4* and 5* one, as hitting the 1st spot wasn't my intentions nor getting the champions, I went 1k only for the rewards, I got the Rewards Brackets, but not the Rank Rewards after the arena ended, I've just checked my inside mail box and there waa nothing there. What do I do?

    Clarify ? 1k only ? Do you mean 1 million instead, that would unlock Rank rewards for some shards.

    The score doesn't matter, what I meant is that I should receive the Rank Rewards, but I got nothing instead, not even shards or something.

    And yes I meant 1 million, I'm sorry.
