Since when can Modok crit through block ? I can't even find it in his abilities.

    I'm pretty sure everybody can crit through the block, the champ I see it most with is Cyclops

    Sometime recently all gauranteed crits crit into block. Don’t know if it was announced or commented on. But it is new...was limited to certain characters after 12.0.1
