Long time player with new account looking for an alliance to grow with.

I have been playing since October of 2015 so I know the ins and the outs of the game, all the champs and what they do. I started a new account because I got burned out pulling trash champs and never getting to use champs I haven't used before for anything meaningful. I've been playing this account for roughly 2 weeks.
Looking for an up and coming alliance with other experienced people preferably but doesn't have to be. At the moment I've got 4 4* and 21 3* to my name. Level 29 and still grinding.
