Looking for players to join our alliance "The I in Team"

Hi everyone
We are a laid back – friendly alliance in need of a few more members. At the moment we are down to 22 members. Our alliance rating is 6,322,250. We usually run map 3 and 4 in AQ and do at least 2 wars per week.
Donations not required / No line apps
Only requirement is to participate in AQ and AW as much as you can. We understand that its not always possible to participate in every single event but we do request that you do what you can. If you are knocked out no big deal, the main thing is to try.
No minimum requirements regarding the use of items ect
