Nebula working correctly?

Nebulas shock charges do not seem to be working correctly. It says in her description that she is suppose to do 766.4 damage per second per charge, but I was only doing 729 damage per second with 10 charges. That seems way off shouldn’t her energy damage be doing 7,664 damage with ten charges?

Depending on who your fighting their resistances could be reducing the damage (shock is energy damage)

... at least I think so. Lol

    "... over 6 seconds".
So, 766.4 every debuff applied for it's full duration

This is in proving grounds so they shouldn’t have any energy resistance, except for maybe ultron.

How have you got to the point where you have a 6* and not realised that dot amounts in the descriptions are the amount done over the whole duration?

You clearly don’t understand his point with that comment you are making.

But to help out the OP she seems to be working fine. You actually get 2 tics of damage per second and not 1. If you go back and watch the full animation you will likely see 12 total tics of damage on your opponent. Since you have 10 charges on him you should be doing a total of 7,664 damage over 6 seconds or 1,277.33 per second or 638.67 per tic. You actually seem to be getting some increased damage from boosts or masteries or synergy.

I do understand their point they are expecting to do the total dot amount from the champ description each second per charge which is clearly not how it's described and also not how it is for any other dot for other champs

Nope. You still don’t get it. He’s not saying that at all. He’s saying he has 10 charges so he should be doing more than the total dot damage per second listed in the description since that dot damage is over 6 seconds. He’s basically saying why isn’t the damage shown (10/6 x 766.4).
And in fact that is what is occurring. He is doing more than the dot damage listed per second but it hits twice per second.

I know how it all works I’m not dumb TwmR. My whole point is they don’t have 7,664 health but yet did not die from my shock charges, and no Bigdogbob I was only getting 1 tick per second which is only 4,374 damage over time which is a little more than half of what it should be.

If you were only getting one per second and it only added up to that much damage then Either they have resistances reducing the damage or she is broken. I tested her before my first post to see if I could identify any issues and I was getting 2 tics per second. So, I’m sorry but I don’t seem to be having the same experiences you are.

They say in their original post "she is supposed to do 776 damage per second per charge"

All dot are 2 ticks per second

Again that means I would have done a total of 8,748 damage over the duration of 6 seconds which I did not do again verifying my point.

Each shock on her heavy and parry deals 40% of her attack. Do the math from there

This is in proving grounds so they shouldn’t have any energy resistance, except for maybe ultron.

Isn't it also supposed to do double damage against robots

No. She reduces the ability accuracy of robots. You're thinking of Sparky - his shock deals double against robots.

All damage over time debuffs tick twice per second. There are no exceptions that I'm aware of.

@OP- read the description again, the damage is “over 6 seconds” not every second! From you’re pics, it seems you are actually doing more damage than it states in the description!
