Unable to re-enter Dungeon after crash

This is not a new bug. There had been numerous reports since August 2018 at least, if not earlier. But I am still experiencing it till today!
Was fighting in Dungeons Map 7, then halfway through game crashed. After getting back, I cannot enter the dungeon anymore. Clicking "Enter" brings me back to home interface.
Please arrange this bug to be resolved for it has been almost a year (or probably even longer). With the "new" much longer refresh periods for champions, this really make life very difficult for us. Thanks!
