Which 5-star champ should I awaken?

I am looking for feedback about which Cosmic 5-star I should awaken. As you know, 5-star Awakening gems are rare so I don't want to blow it! The three 5-stars I am most highly considering are Angela, Corvus Glaive, and Proxima Midnight.
Unless someone can make a compelling argument to bring one of these other 5-stars to rank 3, I see them as my options. I can't see myself using Cosmic Catalysts to take another Cosmic up to rank three. I also have 6-star Heimdall at Rank 2 so I am saving my Cosmic Catalysts for either Heimdall, Corvus Glaive, or Angela.
Even though Proxima Midnight is only Rank 3, I often use her for heal block and to ignore auto block and evade effects so that's why I am considering her.
The signature abilities of each of these champs is listed below.
Angela's signature ability allows for each buff active on her to reduce all nullify abilities chance to trigger against her by X percent.
Proxima Midnight's signature ability is that if she reaches 100 hits (75 hits when coupled with Corvus Glaive) she gains a fury buff for each mission that has been completed by then which increases her attack rating for the rest of the fight. It also activates a permanent true accuracy passive effect. (Does anyone know if this carries over to the next fight?)
Glaive's signature ability is he can't die if Glaive's immunity is active. Also, if he can spend all his Glaive charges in less than 30 seconds then his cool down to get them back is reduced by X percent. I can't really see that one being applicable because I don't get 20 hits in 30 seconds. Except for the first fight, generally once I have 20 hits, the fight is over.
The synergies that these 3 champs have with my other top champs look like this.
Angela has synergy with Heimdall and ALL champs gain a fury buff increasing attack by 15%. That's like a free 15% attack boost.
Proxima Midnight has synergy with Corvus Glaive making her ultimate missions combo meter requirement go down to 75 hits.
I intend to take up Aegon to Rank 5 and his synergy with Proxima Midnight gives both of them a combo shield for five seconds, which would be huge for both of them since their powers are based on their combo meter.
Aegon also has synergies with Proxima Midnight and Angela and increases potency of fury effects by 25%.
