How do i beat this guy?

Meet loki, a well op champ in this quest, well, enough for my 3* R1 10/10 Hulk w/ the power stone. He uses his op sp1 to steal my f*ckin buffs, and curses me by triggering his sp3 which too results in him stealing my buffs. All his specials are unblockable, but I manage to evade them(dexterity;)), but that doesn’t always work.
Please help me kick his ass.

    Fyi the quest is last stand-save the btlrm, and I’m doin master difficultly
