Should I use 5* tech awakening gem on sentinal

I have 2 Tech awakening gems (5*), I don’t have SS or ghost or any visions yet, I have Starlord duped already and Sentinal unduped at R4. Debating if I should use one of the gems on sentinel

If he is already rank 4, go for it. You clearly intend to use him, so you might as well get all you can from him.
