    As long as you have a good amount of sig stones to throw in cull is by far the best option for a cosmic gem, if you have few sig stones probably dusa as she only needs 1 for offence

    Certainly for Act 6, medusa will do what she needs to Unawakened. Cull will need that awakened ability
