Is this best way to get in touch with kabam?

Anyways I am new to forums and think this might be the best way to get in touch.
I been playing this game daily and it's great

but i noticed recently there is a lot of sever down and maintenance going on which is very inconvenient considering I have to go to work soon and would like to just play it for the free time i have!

Is there any way we can get a compensate?
maybe a cool item or crystal or something to make all up for all this time. I know you guys work hard on this and truly appreciate it knowing it's hard and probably complicated but I am just asking for a little something that you can just give.

    The last offer for a 5* crystal (KK was here with SheHulk and I think SG and LC too) was 10k or 15k units, i don't remember exactly.
    So, your suggestion is actually cheap.
