Player who joined before AQ is ineligible to participate

A new player joined our alliance before the start of AQ, but is only presented with the option to “spectate” and cannot join. Please let us know what’s going on @Kabam Lyra @Kabam Miike @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Porthos

Likely his previous alliance started their day 1 later than yours so the 24 hour lock only ran out after your started your day 2, which at the time he would still have been locked to his previous day 1

He will be able to join, I just did this, it will be when his AQ ends their day in other alliance

Thanks everyone. Seemed I jumped to conclusions because of the new map—but it’s probably a simple solution of waiting. Appreciate it.
