Namechanger always says: Name is already given away

Hey Kabam,
i just bought myself a namechanger for lots of Units, and now that i wanna use it for my intended Name ("Venomtree"), it always says that this Name is not aviable anymore. This is really not possible, i searched for this Name and there was nobody named like this. But i tried it with lots of lots of variations, such as:
Venomtree33
Venomous-tree
VenomTheTree
TheTreeVenom
and many more, but nothing worked.
So i am really disappointed, because i paid 275 Units on this, i really wanted this Name.
If i dont find a possibility to Change my Name into this, i will Claim my Units back, because if i had known, that changing my Name into what i want won't ever work, i wouldnt have bought this namechanger.
Please, if you guys have any way to help me out @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Lyra or anyone else?
I just dont understand why any Variation of Venomtree doesnt work....
