Electro bug!!!

There would seem to be an issue with Electro that enables him to give shock damage on none contact specials, i.e. ;-
Quakes sp1
Storms sp 1-2-3
Mags sp 1-2-3
All Beam attacks
All ammo attacks
Can this be looked into please as it severely ramps up the difficulty in AQ to say the least .
