Ask Apple or Google. They do the currency exchanges for their respective online stores. Kabam doesn't "price" things directly, nor does any other app store developer. They set the price of an item by setting its "price tier." A particular price tier might be $99.99 US. In other regions, Apple or Google convert that price tier to the local currency. That conversion is not simply a currency exchange. It also factors in the cost of doing business in those countries and other factors.

The bottom line is that if an item that is $99 US costs $140 Canadian that is because that's what Apple or Google decide they have to collect in those regions. App developers like Kabam (Netmarble) have no control over this.
