If your not a master quake player Gulk is the best option. He gets around all of sinister node bs and has heal block. Basically it’s like using Gulk on starburst nodes. Makes the match easy even for the average player.

I believe so with boosts and suicides might take 2 to 3 rounds but yes very doable especially cause faceme is active almost the whole match.
