ACT 6.2 Cavalier cristals as rewards

It do not sound good to have cavalier cristals as rewards for Story.
someone can have luck and obtain 6* or 5* champions and someone else can win 3* or 4* champins in a 5* only content?
why?

6.2 rewards sucks at dis level of difficulty in quest 6.2 final boss

Why would you even give anything Lower than a 5* as rewards when minimum needed to clear act 6 are 5 *s. ?.

Rewards are meant to help you progress , not to limit your progression by giving useless champs...honestly a guy doing act 6 level content has to use for 3/4 * star champs except maybe in arena , but this game isn’t all about arena now?

The company’s logic on rewards has a 100% chance to give you a headache and feel ripped off

Except you can actually complete the content you get them from with any champ in those crystals. Not so with Cavalier.

Yup my 3x cavalier crystals from initial run of 6.2 were all 3*. While seeing ally mates pull 3 5*. Beautiful system of rng
