So.. you people stated that resonate was a work around for what's yours is mine. Yet AFTER WASTING 2K+ UNITS to unlock that piece of ****... it'll proc MAYBE once a fight despite the description reading all physical contact will inflict it. You'll get it twice a fight if you've bribed the rng gods.
You're really making it hard to give a **** about this game.

    Except there's no visible percentage based chance to proc. Just states physical contact attacks inflict weakness.
