OR still taking damage on Psychic thorns

I just fought with r5 65 OR sig 120 in a tier 2 war against Dorm.
I was taking damage on all hits. I did Medium-Medium and tried heavies. I also did a Sp2 and took damage on every contact of that attack.
I was under the impression that OR had been fixed in relation to that node. Apparently not.
