JUggernaut Stagger Glitch

I've noticed that Juggernauts will hit you with a Stagger even if your Blocking and he just does a L\M attack. Oh and he can't be Parried at the Begining of a Fight. Is it just me or a new or current glich. Because I would Love to stagger Wolverine with it in LoL.

That's a new thing for Juggernaut. While Unstoppable, he can't be stunned, and any attempts to stun him will Stagger the opponent.
The change happened a few months ago.
