Indestructible and Unbeatable?

I just fought someone in Versus 1-on-1 who had a 4* Luke Cage and a winning streak of 85! Needless to say I was basically locked out the whole fight, even getting a 3rd Level special attack completely negated. He seemed to have the buff almost the whole time, was just backing up until it would refresh. I am curious as to whether this guy just is taking advantage of an obvious design flaw or if this is some cheat of sorts.

    He gets 1 indestructible for like 5 seconds (or for a whole third sp, and this indestructible is on a 60 or so seconds cooldown. Anything beneath that is cheat

    His indestructible buff is his sig ability. The duration and cooldown vary depending on his sig level. Here's a pic of my 4*:

    Winning streak has nothing to do with the opponents champ abilities.

    You also don't fight real people.
