Links remain in effect even after they are gone... Please fix

Shouldn't have to near time out twice and put 200+ hits in to take out a Sentinel as his Regen remains 1% even after links are taken out. What gives? This isn't rol it's map5, love the new champs and maps *sarcasm* but perhaps some time should be taken fixing issues instead of making changes to make the game more difficult. Some days it takes 30hits others 200+ please fix.
