Meaningful Sunday Arena for Uncollected/Cavalier summoners?

For summoners who have progressed through Uncollected/Cavalier, aren’t we at the point where Cavalier crystals should replace all forms of the PHC not just in arena, but for all PHC prizes?
I think it’s safe to say the PHC holds almost no value for players that can only field 5/6* champs in meaningful content.
