    OP has 5 Prowess charges as well, which means he already accomplished the 5 dex-es.

    The champion shouldn't be allowed to regen in that last 10%. The regen screwed me up, I have another 5 indestructible charges after I got 5 prowess, but can't remember if the prowess actually stays after he regens.

    Since I haven’t played at this quest level. How is he getting to 7 charges; is it a node buff?

    I can’t get my champion to go past 5 charges. He was getting to 8 for a while but not anymore.
