Top champions changed radically?

My top champions changed with this latest update to such a degree it is shocking! I've made no changes to my Masteries or champions.
This was what they were less than a week ago (July 30th):
And this is what they are as of this latest update (August 5th):
How come they changed this much? I would like to understand these latest value changes and how they will change the champions behaviours.
