If you own the champ you will have an option to add boosts



If you dont own the champ there will be no option to add boosts

I completely understand this. If it is your champ, it will show an option to use items. It may be grey or green. If the option is completely vanished, it is somebody else's champ so you know if they are lying about pulling a certain champ.
