Trying to figure out how to spend my last 4 mastery points and I've narrowed it down to: 3/3 Despair & 3/5 Deep Wounds or 1/3 Despair & 5/5 Deep Wounds
5* 3/45 Sym Supreme, Rogue, Angela and Hawkeye
4* no 5/50 but plenty of 4/40 and 3/30 options
Current Masteries:
28 Offense: Standard Core + 3/3 Glass Cannon 5/5 Assassin 3/3 Courage
10 Defense: 4/4 Block Proficiency 3/3 Recovery
16 Proficiency: 3/3 Parry 3/3 Stupefy 3/3 Petrify 3/3 Pacify 3/5 Mystic Dispersion
5* 3/45 Sym Supreme, Rogue, Angela and Hawkeye
