Help 4 button broken?

It worked the first couple of times I pressed it, but then it stopped working. I play on an iPhone8. I took a video of it, but I’m not sure how to link a video from my phone

A simple button "HELP ALL" would be much appreciated to simplify summoner's experience

And another check button "AUTO HELP" to automatically ask for help to your alliance would be great
