Blocking after specials

So I've noticed that some champs like to block after certain specials

Most notably Dormammu which is just embarrassing as the poor guy keeps taking hit after hit in bugs

I noticed my champs wont block immediately after specials, but the AI's do, and unusally fast, like they predict it coming.
