I feel mystic dispersion needs to be nerfed. I feel the best way to fix this is to not let it apply on dexterity buff. This would make it still valuable but won't make it OP.

    Something's don't work, as they have found out. They nerfed Thor, but that didn't make sense so they brought him back up.
