If your talking about monthly quests, I fully explore Heroic, Master and Uncollected. Do a single run through beginner and normal. If the explore rewards are good, I will do it.

If I explore heroic, master and uncollected and still have some days left (most months I do) I just go into easy and explore that, if I still have time I explore normal

I fully explore master and uncollected
I might do heroic and Normal if there’s an extra reward like the rift shards this month.

The best rewards are for exploring so you should always at least explore the highest one you are capable of doing.

I do UC through heroic most months and may run normal for units after if it’s a slow month or there is something of worth there(coral for example)

Fully explore master and epic but the rewards for the others are not worth the energy cost to explore. Waste of time and effort.

    Depends which ones you mean.
Monthly uncollected and master - 100%
Monthly heroic - completion (only 100% if need something like coral for another rift)
Daily - never now, used to do t4b to get my first r5 4*s.
RoL + RTTL -100% (still do rol for potions)
LOL - 100% - but nowadays probably not worth the rewards
V1 and v2 - 100% (well... will be when i get final paths down)
    Act 1-5 100%
Act 6 completion - rewards dont seem high enough to warrant 100%.

I don't generally explore heroic on down. Just do completion or don't run at all. I explore uncollected, master, story, etc.

It will be worth exploring when the whole thing is released.
