Wasp heavy attack stun

Hi
When make a combo by wasp (MLLL hold heavy) sometimes opponent doesn't stun in heavy attack chain..after holding for heavy the stun debuff doesn't appear ..but sometimes it works !

It was against ebony maw in Aliance war

Was he in a stun immune node?

No... "in same fight" it happened..sometimes he get stun sometimes not

Btw.. when he didn't get a stun debuff by heavy attack (in combo chain) ...sometimes he got hit ...thats mean heavy attack didn't apply the debuff ..

Wasp's stun is a passive stun and therefore should work on everyone. Not sure why this would be happening. Only thing I can think of is ability accuracy reduction but I don't remember if Ebony has any sort of AA reduction.
